I LOVE Pet Care Clinic in Texarkana. Dr. Kemp is amazing and the nicest vet I have encountered thus far. One of my dogs got hit by a car last night, and I was frantic and so upset and called very late. She called back almost immediately to help me. I love everyone who works there, and they are all so friendly and personable. All three of my dogs love everyone there and are treated like royalty every time I take them in. 5 out of 5, I will always recommend her over anyone in Texarkana!

If I could give the Care Pet Clinic 10 stars I would. Our Charlie broke his leg and had a bad infection, they really took care of him he was in in critical care. With their attention and caring hands they were able to help Charlie regain his strength and his leg is healing well and he is recovering well. They love Charlie and Charlie and our family love them and are forever grateful :)

Dr. Kemp is one of the most caring veterinarians my husband and I have ever used. We have senior dogs with many health issues - she was very patient, kind and thorough with both dogs- I most appreciate that she spoke directly to us and explained each process and diagnosis to us. Dr. Kemp is amazing. She cried with me when my 15 year old Mandy had to cross the Rainbow Bridge. She saw us through a terrible injury to our darling Roxy, and yes, she dropped to her knees to hug my Romeo, Honey, and Keturi when we came to visit this week. Dr.Kemp treats every pet as if they are the only one in the world. She recognizes her patients out side the clinic, and always has a kind word. I have her on my favorites list, my big boy THOR loves her too. Allergy season is terrible for my Grand Pyrenees and happens quickly; I can count on Dr. Kemp to respond even if the Clinic is closed. She is a good leader and her staff is fantastic.

I've had my Gracie for almost 9 years and most recently had been going to a lower cost clinic on the Texas side. Today we had an emergency and went to see Dr. Kemp. I cannot day enough good things about her and her staff as well. She spent so much time explaining things and answering questions and she treated my Gracie just as loving as anybody could. She's amazing!! We have some goals for weight loss and her problem was completely taken care of. I left feeling good and positive about the whole experience!! I won't be returning to the other clinic.
